Fu99 started with one simple mission — to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience for every player in Malaysia. From Slot Games to Live Casino, we're always here for you.
Fu99 began operations in 2018, founded by a group of individuals with backgrounds in financial technology and the entertainment industry. At the time, the Malaysian online casino market was growing rapidly, but most existing platforms were still struggling with trust issues, poor user experience, and lengthy payment processes. That was the gap fu99 set out to fill.
In the early stages, fu99 focused on three key priorities — speed, security, and simplicity. We believed that Malaysian players should not have to spend time waiting for deposits to be processed or dealing with a confusing interface. With this approach, fu99 successfully built a loyal user base in a relatively short period.
Today, fu99 has grown into one of the most widely used online entertainment platforms in Malaysia. We offer over 1,000 games from world-class software providers, a payment system fully integrated with Malaysia's banking ecosystem, and 24/7 customer support.
What sets fu99 apart from other platforms isn't just the number of games on offer, but the way we treat every player. Whether you're a newcomer trying your luck for the first time, or an experienced player looking for a more trustworthy platform — fu99 is built for everyone.
We believe every player deserves equal treatment — easy access, fair gameplay, fast payouts, and support that is always responsive. That is the foundation of every decision we make at fu99.
Fu99's vision goes beyond user numbers. We want to be known as the most trusted, most innovative platform that truly understands local players' needs — from language and payment methods to a relevant game selection.

More than just a gaming platform — a partner you can count on
A question many new players ask is — can an online casino platform really be trusted? It's a fair question, and we at fu99 understand it completely. That's why we've invested heavily in security and transparency from day one. Our data encryption systems are updated regularly, and all gaming software we use comes from licensed providers that have undergone independent audits.
Security Note: All financial transactions at fu99 are processed through licensed and registered payment channels in Malaysia. We never store your credit card information or full banking details in our systems.
On the games front, fu99 partners with world-class software providers whose names are well recognized in the industry — ensuring that every game you play on our platform has a fair, independently audited RTP (Return to Player). We have no interest in "cheating" players because long-term trust is far more valuable than short-term profit.
For players new to the world of online casino, fu99 provides comprehensive game guides, a thorough FAQ section, and a patient and helpful support team. We understand that a player's first experience on a new platform can greatly shape their overall perception of the industry.
Fu99 also cares about player wellbeing. Our responsible gaming program is more than a formality — it's a genuine commitment. You can set daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, or request a temporary account suspension if you feel you need a break. Our team will respect that decision, no questions asked.
Looking ahead, fu99 has many exciting plans — including an expanded game collection, improvements to the mobile app, and the launch of a new rewards program with even greater benefits for loyal players. We are committed to growing alongside Malaysia's increasingly mature and sophisticated player community.
